REFUND POLICY

Event Date and Registration: The Conversion Club Event (hereinafter referred to as the "Event") will be held on a date agreed upon by both the Organizers and participants. The registration deadline for the event will be 72 hours before the event begins.

• Free ticket registration closes 72 hours before the event.

• General ticket registration closes 24 hours before the event.

• If you cannot attend the Event, you are allowed to transfer your ticket to another attendee, provided they present your real name and surname for ticket verification. Otherwise, the Conversion Club Event team reserves the right to refuse entry.

Refund Policy: Requests for a refund, ticket transfer, or deposit payment can be made via email to operation@conversion-club.com.

Refunds:

• No refund will be issued less than 30 calendar days before the Event.

• Full refund (100%) of the amount paid will be provided if the request is made more than 30 calendar daysbefore the Event.

Ticket Transfer and Resale:

• Tickets provided by the Event organizers are strictly non-transferable for free tickets and cannot be resold to third parties. Any attempts to transfer or resell free tickets without prior approval from the organizers will result in cancellation of the ticket.

• General tickets may be transferred as long as the name of the original attendee is changed in accordance with the ticketing system and prior to the 72-hour deadline.

Refund Procedure:

• Requests for a refund or cancellation must be submitted at least 30 calendar days before the Event.

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may incur processing fees that are non-refundable.

Force Majeure: The organizer is not liable for any failure to fulfill this Refund Policy due to force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, legal restrictions, or other events outside of the organizer's control.

Compliance with UAE and Polish Laws:

• All attendees must adhere to the laws of the country hosting the Event (UAE) as well as international standards applicable to both UAE and Poland.

• Any illegal activities or violation of local laws will result in immediate dismissal from the event, with no entitlement to a refund.

Prohibition on Gambling or Betting Activities:

• Delegates and exhibitors are prohibited from participating in any unlicensed gambling, betting, or casino activities in both UAE and Poland.

• Promoting, advertising, or sponsoring gambling-related activities, including games like cards, dice, and slots, is strictly prohibited.
